I started this blog in 2006 (formerly sexynomad.i.ph) when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. In 2008, I started doing freelance work online. I guess I've been quite successful in my ventures that TV networks started noticing my work.
In 2009, QTV's Fit and Fab featured me in their fashion segment where I shared with them what my fashion blog was all about at that time.
That same year (2009), I also got featured in TV 5's late night cooking show "How About Your Place Tonight" where they made me do on TV a dish I invented. Judy Anne Santos and Ryan Agoncillo was in the studio with me that night!
GMA 7's Unang Hirit also paid me a visit to interview me about my then mobile nail art biz.
In 2010, I got featured in QTV's Go Negosyo where I showcased my Sexy Nomad Apparel Collection together with my handmade beaded jewelry.
In January 2011, ABS-CBN's Bandila interviewed me for their segment on virtual assistants.
That same year, ABS-CBN's Rated K, interviewed me for their segment on fun work as a travel blogger.
I continue to work on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. And so let's dream what we want to dream, go where we want to go and be what we want to be. After all, we only have this one life to do what really matters most.
